1.1 Placing an order

Browse our wide range of products by clicking on the category links on the left hand side of the page.

When you find something you wish to purchase, click the "Add To Basket" button.

To review the items that you've added to your shopping cart, click the "Shopping Basket" tab on the top.

Once you are satisfied, click the "Check Out' tab on the top. Complete the check out form and click the 'Submit Order' button.

Once completed, you will be shown your purchase order with payment instructions and a copy of it will be emailed to you

1.2 Pricing Information

All the products on our site are priced 25-50% below normal retail store prices. We are able to offer such competitive prices because we are based solely online and do not incur the cost of running a physical store.

On top of that, we also offer additional discount based on your order quantity:

Credit card payment (Visa / Mastercard) via Paypal
We use Paypal a Global Trading & Financial Service to process our credit cards. Paypal is used by some of the largest e-commerce sites in Australia such as ebay.com. Click here for more information about Paypal. We do not store or handle any credit card information.

Orders will only be processed once payment clears. This will normally take one to two business days for Direct Bank Deposit and Credit Card payments and one business day after receiving your Cheque or Money Order.

1.4 Out of Stock Products

Being an Internet site, it is difficult to determine if items you have chosen to purchase are in stock because there may be other people ordering the same product at the same time. Unfortunately, we are not able to avoid such a situation from happening. In the event when an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, we can either:

offer you a voucher for you to use when you shop with us the next time to reimburse what is owing

offer you a refund for what is owing (for Australian customers only)

or you can choose an alternative product(s) from our website with the same value.

Account Information

2.1 Benefits of having an account

You do not need to create an account to place an order. Once you have made your first order, an account will be automatically generated and assigned to your email. Having done so, you can enjoy facilities such as being able to save your bead basket and refer to your order history to see what you have purchased from us. If you wish to save your basket, please make sure you login before you add any items to your basket. Another advantage of being registered is that you can instruct the system to automatically fill in your shipping details when you check out saving you time and the hassle of typing your details.

3.1 Shipping methods

We ship to both US and International (we reserved the right to ship to any country, please email us at support@amenbeads.com for confirmation).

Cost effective solution. Arrival within 7-10 business days. depending on destination. Not Insured

Air International Post Registered (recommended)
A recipient must be available to receive registered parcels. If you wish to purchase extra insurance, please contact us at shop@amenbeads.com.

International Post Express
Arrival within 1-2 business days. Not Insured For International orders, we use :

Approximately 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination. Signature required. Insurance cover of up to $100 for purchases. Extra insurance cover of up to $5000 per article can be purchased for $2.00 per $100 or part thereof, up to the $5000 maximum.

Please note that we will only be able to help track / reinburse parcels that are insured.

We highly recommend insurance for international orders. Insurance cost an additional $7.50 for the first $100.00 insured and $2.00 for every additional $100.00 up to $5000.00. When you purchase insurance, you'll receive :

3.3 When to expect your order

Orders are posted 1 business day after payment clears. It takes 1 business day for Credit Card and 1-2 business days for Direct Deposit transactions to clear.

For money order and cheque, we normally mail out orders 1 business day after we receive the cheque/money order. We advise that you notify us as soon as you make payment so that we can pack and prepare your order for shipment.

How fast your order is delivered to you is determined by Hong Kong Post and we have no control of this.

The parcel would not have any track no inform to you. If you experience further difficulties after proceeding with the lost shipping pracel, please contact us and we will try to help you resolve the matter. Unfortunately for Hong Kong Post Regular, there is no way of tracking your order. Your may try to enquriy your location area post office for complaint.

Returns

4.1 Return Policy

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.

A 10% restocking fee will apply in the event of a refund or exchanging of goods. Items must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. Partial returns will will not be accepted. Postage costs will not be refunded and return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Items which are on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.

4.2 Return Instruction

To request for a return please email us within 3 days of receiving your goods at shop@amenbeads.com. . Products need to be returned to us unopened within 7 days if your return is accepted. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, Amenbeads will exchange/refund your purchase price (not including shipping and handling cost). We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
